Steph entered the hairdressing industry as a school leaver aged 16 and completed her apprenticeship at KH Hair, where she remained for five years as a fully qualified stylist. In June 2011, Steph helped to set up a new salon in her home town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, eventually working her way up to the position of Senior Stylist/Manager. In September 2018 she became the proud owner of the salon, at which point the Stephanie Jones Award-Winning Hair brand was born!
